- If you choose to email the campaign, your email address and message contents will be used to handle the enquiry.
- Hosting providers may process standard technical logs for site delivery and security under their own arrangements.

Do not send patient histories through this site or campaign email.
There is no consent-led route for health-related personal data yet.
